“Harry Potter Science Saturday” at the Museum of York County


ROCK HILL, SC — Over 1,500 visitors of all ages participated in last year’s “Harry Potter Science Saturday.” The annual museum event features real science activities related to the Harry Potter book series.

CHM Members Only opening program at 9 a.m.



  • WHY:  The Museum of York County’s halls of science and non-fiction exhibitions take on magic, fantasy and mystery with fun activities and information featuring real science based on the popular Harry Potter series of books.  


 


A special planetarium show will feature stars and constellations that share names with Harry Potter characters.


The Museum Guild will have refreshments for sale, including Butterbeer and Chocolate Frogs. 


Bojangles’s food truck on site from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.


The Museum Store will be stocked with fantastic wares.


“Harry Potter Science Saturday” is free with general museum admission.


General Museum admission: $10. Adults, $8. Seniors, $6. Youth, FREE to CHM members & ages 3 & younger
