Tracing Your Ancestor’s Property

York, SC – Discover how to utilize wills and deeds to help you trace ownership of your ancestor’s property.

The Historical Center of York County located in the McCelvey Center, 212 East Jefferson Street in York, SC provides opportunities for genealogical and historical research through its extensive collections. Educational workshops take place on the second Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Workshops are free and open to the public.
