  • Food preservation techniques including hog bladder canning
  • Sausage making
  • Cooking demonstrations featuring headcheese and offal
  • Rendering fat into lard
  • Soap Making
  • Tours of the Homestead and Col. Bratton House
  • Leatherworking demonstrations
