Observing with a Mid-Sized Telescope: Tips and Tricks

Event Description:

• This talk is aimed at telescope users with telescopes with apertures between 4 and 8 inches. 
• John A. Read, author of Fifty Targets for the Mid-Sized Telescope will highlight the best objects visible for mid-sized telescopes in Carolina skies. 
• If you know how to find a few objects in the night sky, but are looking to get the best out of your telescope, this talk is for you. 
• Dessert reception to follow program.

$20 ticket per person includes one reserved copy of 50 Targets for the Mid-Sized Telescope, program and reception. Limited to 15 tickets.
