Try our new ongoing nature programs that may feature a tour, demonstration or activity, which is designed to inspire children & adults to explore the natural world of the Carolina Piedmont and our global connections. In this program, special guest Bill Stokes, photographer, kayaker, recycler and naturalist, will be sharing his river adventures with PowerPoint presentations full of “critters” geared for children –adults. Bill will also take us for a behind the scenes tour of his gallery of photographs currently on display.
Presentations at 10:15 AM and 1:15 AM with a tour at noon. Bill’s kayak will be available to sit in and balls collected from the river will be given away to new homes!
Regular Admission: Adults $8; Seniors $7; Youth 4-17 $5; CHM members and children 3 and under free.
