Did you know there are bears in the sky? These special bears even have long tales! We call them the big and little dipper today. Join us in the planetarium for a springtime camping trip far from city lights and explore the skies of late winter and early spring. We will learn how these bears became sky dwellers while listening to the stories of ancient Greek mythology. By traveling far from light polluted skies, the constellations come alive and you can find them for yourself the next time you venture into the country.  This program is especially designed for families and is suited for all ages.
