Working for CHMThe Culture & Heritage Museums (CHM) is a family of museums consisting of the Museum of York County, Historic Brattonsville, McCelvey Center and the planned Stans Museum of Life and the Environment. CHM employs a wide range of professionals in jobs as diverse as the team we are building and we have one truly unique quality-people love working here. More than 10 percent of our currently full time staff have been with the museum 20 years or more! We have several staff members that have already retired and continue to work full time simply because they love what they do-25 years or more! We would love for you to join our team! Whatever your role, you will help us increase public understanding, appreciation and awareness of York County's cultural heritage, history and identities and achieve our organizational goals. "Miss Bobbie" Roberts enjoys a special moment reflecting on the last 24 years at the Museum of
York County. She will be missed by everyone that has had the pleasure to work with her, shop
with her and generally know her to be a wonderful person! Always in tune with the volunteers,
her famous question, "What day suits you best?" was posed to her on her last day of work as she
was given a volunteer application. I dare say that her work at the museum is not yet complete...
